A Milleniumi Koronaérem 1896-ban készült Körmöcbányán és az értékjelző oldalán a körirat mellett a Szent Koronát viselő Ferenc József Habsburg-házi uralkodó, Ausztria császára és Magyarország királya portréja látható profilból. Az érmét az uralkodó a magyaroknak verette az ezeréves honfoglalás emlékére. Filip Edmund Beck, a felhasznált verőtövek vésnöke a hátoldalon a honfoglaló magyar ősöket ábrázolta. A forgalmi emlékérmét egyenként 5 gramm súlyú és 83,5% tisztaságú ezüstlapkákból készítették és a peremfeliratot az akkoriban nemesfém fizetőeszközökön alkalmazott "BIZALMAM AZ ŐSI ERÉNYBEN" feliratú biztonsági beütéssel díszítették. A biztonsági peremfelirat eredeti funkciója a recék stílusosabb helyettesítése annak érdekében, hogy az ún. körbenyírás megállapítható legyen. Amennyiben a körirat nem látszik, úgy majdnem biztos, hogy a lehulló ezüst miatt körbereszelték vagy lekopott és már veszített súlyából. A viszonylag alacsonynak számító egymillió darabos kiadás miatt nem minden gyűjteményébe jutott belőle. Az általunk legmagasabb ismert elkelési ár 2022.01.27-én 300.000 Ft volt! Az aukció tárgyát képezte még egy eredeti korabeli érmetartó díszdoboz is, melyet a Dávid Károly és Fia Dobozgyára készített több színben is Budapesten, az Osztrák-Magyar Monarchiában.

Die Millenniumskronenmedaille wurde 1896 in Körmöcbány hergestellt. Auf der Seite des Nennwerts befindet sich neben der kreisförmigen Inschrift ein Profilporträt von Ferenc József, Kaiser von Österreich und König von Ungarn, der die Heilige Krone trägt. Der Herrscher prägte die Münze für die Ungarn zum Gedenken an die tausendjährige Eroberung des Landes. Filip Edmund Beck, der Graveur der verwendeten Hämmer, zeigte auf der Rückseite die erobernden ungarischen Vorfahren. Die Umlaufgedenkmünze wurde aus Silberplättchen mit einem Gewicht von jeweils 5 Gramm und einem Reinheitsgrad von 83,5 % hergestellt, und die Randinschrift war mit der Aufschrift „I TRUST IN ANCIENT VIRTUE“ verziert, die damals auf Edelmetallwährungen verwendet wurde. Die ursprüngliche Funktion der Sicherheitsrandbeschriftung besteht darin, die Schläger stilvoller zu ersetzen, um die sogenannten Beschneidung festgestellt werden kann. The Millenium Crown Medal was produced in Körmöcbány in 1896, and on the side of the denomination, next to the circular inscription, there is a profile portrait of Ferenc József, Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary, wearing the Holy Crown. The ruler minted the coin for the Hungarians to commemorate the thousand-year conquest of the country. Filip Edmund Beck, the engraver of the hammers used, depicted the conquering Hungarian ancestors on the reverse side. The circulation commemorative coin was made from silver plates weighing 5 grams each and 83.5% pure, and the edge inscription was decorated with the inscription "I TRUST IN ANCIENT VIRTUE" which was used on precious metal currency at the time. El gobernante acuñó la moneda para los húngaros para conmemorar la conquista milenaria del país.
