Országgyűlés kupolacsarnokának egy belső részlete látható, mintegy a parlamenti demokrácia megtestesítőjeként. Felső köriratban Nemzeti Himnuszunk első sora: az „ISTEN, ÁLDD MEG A MAGYART!” felirat olvasható, amellyel az Alaptörvény általános indoklása is kezdődik. Alsó köriratban pedig „AZ ALAPTÖRVÉNY 5. ÉVFORDULÓJÁRA” felirat olvasható. A két feliratot egy-egy díszítő motívum választja el, mely mind az elő- mind a hátlapon szerepel. A visszatérő díszítő motívumokat az országház kőkorlátjain lévő díszítések ihlették. A bal oldali díszítő motívumban található a tervező, ifj.
