Description

King Gustav V of Sweden, also known as Adolf Gustav V, ruled Sweden from 1907 to 1950. He was born on June 16, 1858 in Drottningholm, Sweden. His father II. King Oskar of Sweden, his mother Queen Zsófia of Sweden. 1907. He was crowned king on December 8, but skipped the traditional coronation ceremony, becoming Sweden's first uncrowned king.V.
