A 1000000000 adópengő értékű adójegy az adópengő időszak egyik különleges, soha forgalomba nem került példánya, amely a hiperinfláció legsúlyosabb időszakát idézi. Az adópengőt 1946-ban vezették be, hogy átmeneti megoldásként szolgáljon az elértéktelenedő pengő helyett, azonban az infláció mértéke gyorsan túllépett ezen a megoldáson. Ez az adójegy valószínűleg csak tervezési vagy technikai célokat szolgált, mivel soha nem bocsátották forgalomba, és mindössze egy példány maradt fenn.

Az előállítási technika ofszet nyomás volt, amely a korszak modern nyomdatechnikai megoldásainak számított, és precíz, tiszta nyomatokat eredményezett. Az ilyen ritkaságok a magyar pénztörténet különleges darabjai, amelyek nemcsak a hiperinfláció súlyosságát, hanem a pénzügyi rendszer helyreállítására tett kísérletek dokumentumait is jelentik. Die Steuermarke im Wert von 1000000000 Steuermarken ist eines der nie in Umlauf gebrachten Sonderexemplare der Steuermarkenperiode, die an die schwerste Zeit der Hyperinflation erinnert. Die Steuermarke wurde 1946 eingeführt, um als vorübergehende Lösung die Abwertungsmarke zu ersetzen, doch die Inflationsrate übertraf diese Lösung schnell. Diese Steuermarke diente wahrscheinlich nur gestalterischen oder technischen Zwecken, da sie nie in Umlauf gebracht wurde und nur ein Exemplar erhalten ist. Die Herstellungstechnik war der Offsetdruck, der als die moderne Drucktechnologie der Zeit galt und zu präzisen, sauberen Drucken führte. The 1000000000 tax stamp is a rare, never-circulated specimen from the tax stamp period, which commemorates the worst period of hyperinflation. The tax stamp was introduced in 1946 as a temporary solution to replace the depreciating pengő, but inflation quickly outpaced this solution. This stamp probably served only design or technical purposes, as it was never put into circulation and only one copy survives. The production technique was offset printing, which was considered a modern printing technology of the era, and resulted in precise, clean prints. Such rarities are special pieces of Hungarian monetary history, which not only document the severity of hyperinflation, but also document the attempts to restore the financial system. The only known specimen is today an extremely valuable and significant memory for numismatic collectors and historians.

Questo contrassegno fiscale probabilmente serviva solo a scopi di progettazione o tecnici, poiché non fu mai messo in circolazione e ne è sopravvissuta solo una copia. La tecnica di produzione era la stampa offset, che era considerata la moderna tecnologia di stampa dell'epoca e produceva stampe precise e pulite.
